3.         Minutes of the last meeting

            Minutes of the last meeting held on 19^th December 2005 were approved and signed.

4.         Correspondence

            HDC: Training sessions relating to different aspects of planning control

            Cllrs Goring and Hardisty to attend.

            West Sussex Design Commission: Consultation on design principles

            Cllrs Goring and Dawes to review documentation and revert to clerk.

            Thakeham Tiles TPO: Complaint from resident

            Clerk to write to Thakeham Tiles and monitor any developments.

2.         The tree work to which this consent relates shall be limited to: Trim back longest branches from oak tree overhanging property to suitable growth points to achieve a clearance of 3m between the edge of the crown of the tree and the building. Prune sympathetically to maintain a balanced rounded crown profile.

3.         The surgery to which this consent relates shall be carried out in accordance with BS 3998 ?Recommendations for Tree Work? (1989). Where applicable, retained side shoots intended to form the new dominant shoot must be at least 30% of the diameter of the parent branch.
