Cllr MacEachern took the Chair in the absence of Cllr Goring.

            Minutes of the last meeting held on 7th November 2006 were approved and signed.

Concern was expressed over these applications. This is a dangerous stretch of road and the new access should therefore replace the existing one and be subject to adequate visibility to ensure highway safety. The maximum amount of hedgerow should be retained and the current driveway should be removed and planted. Demolition of the existing garage is not mentioned in the application; it should be removed to avoid overdevelopment of the site.

2.          The materials and finishes of all new external walls and roofs of the development hereby permitted shall match in type, colour and texture those of the existing building.

2.         The tree work to which this consent relates shall be limited to;
