Finance (a) To receive a report on the current finances of the Council (b) To approve the signing of cheques (c) To consider the recommendations of the Open Spaces Committee that the attached quotation for a replacement fence be accepted and the litter wardens pay rate be increased to the budget level from 1st April 2007 8.
