102.      Declarations of Acceptance of Office

All members present made a Declaration of Acceptance of Office in the prescribed form, the Declaration by Cllr Prince having been made in advance of the meeting. 

103.      Apologies for absence                                                                                                            

Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Cllr Prince, who had advised in writing that he would be prepared to continue with his current responsibilities should that be the wish of the Council.  

104.      Election of Chairman

      Cllr Berry was elected to the Chair of the Parish Council.

105.      Chairman's Declaration of Acceptance of Office

            The Chairman made a Declaration of Acceptance of Office as Chairman in the prescribed form.

106.      Election of Vice-Chairman

            Cllr Bearman was elected as Vice-Chairman of the Parish Council.
