Who are we?

Parents and Friends of Clackmannanshire's Children

PFCC is a small local charity which was started in 2002. We are a registered charity and everyone involved is a volunteer. This means that all funds raised go straight into the charity!

What do we do?

We try to enhance the lives of children living in the Wee County both socially and educationally, by providing opportunities through events and outings. The highlight of the charities year is a trip to Disneyland Paris when all children from Clackmannanshire travel and stay for free. To make this happen we have to raise a considerable amount of money every year.

How do we do it?

We raise funds through a variety of ways including a charity shop at 58 Main Street, Sauchie: recycling printer cartridges and clothing: running bingo teas once a month in Tillicoultry and once a month in Tullibody: sponsored walks: raffles; bonus ball. As well as adults, we encourage children to attend all our events.

What can you do?

Please attend our fundraising events which are advertised thro' flyers in the local shops and the local newspapers. If you like to find a bargain or perhaps you have unwanted clothing or bric-a-brac then pop into the shop in Sauchie! Volunteer your help, all help is needed whether it is putting up flyers, helping to serve in the shop, serving teas at the bingo nights or help to organise an event.

If you think you can help in any small way, speak to any of our volunteers at the shop, 58 Main Street, Sauchie

Remember it's the Wee County children who benefit!
