Toseland Parish Council: Timetable of Meetings

Scheduled meetings of the Parish Council happen in February, May, September and November. 

The May meeting is the AGM, where the yearly accounts are presented, and officers [Chair and Clerk/RFO are elected].  This Meeting is always preceded by the Annual Parish Meeting, to which the Chair of the Parish Council reports on the work and events of the year. 

The November meeting sets the budget for the following year, and votes on the precept to be requested from HDC. 

Other meetings are convened as necessitated by contingent business, such as planning applications.
