The minutes of the Extraordinary meeting of the Council on Tuesday 22^nd August 2006  at 7.15 pm for at the Methodist Hall, Bridge Street, Wellesbourne

Public Participation

Prior to the opening of the meeting there was an opportunity for members of the public to raise any matters of relevance to the Parish.

There were no members of the public present

1.             Apologies for Absence

Apologies were received and accepted from Cllrs Mrs Bryan and Close

2.             Declarations of Interest

Declarations of interest (personal or prejudicial) under the provisions of the LGA 2000, Parish     Councils (Model Code of Conduct) Order 2001

There were none

3.             Confirmation of Agenda

The Chairman asked that Councillors agree items relating to the Police meeting & Statutory days to be discussed in confidential session, agreed unanimously.

4.1       Applications

The Parish Council made no objection to this application
